It started when I was late to school one day, and because of the traffic, I had to catch a bus that was going northbound instead of southbound. By the time I finally arrived at my home in the afternoon, I could still hear the siren honking near the school from the parking lot. But that's not all! The worst part is when you see me with mom and dad walking down the street. Their faces are bright, their eyes are big, and they look at me like I'm crazy for them.

Even though I always get so tired of being late, sometimes it's just hard to stop myself from saying, "I love you!" for a second before I fall back into my usual routine of checking emails or watching the TV.

Your message is huge. It reminds me that you're not just here to give an answer when I ask questions; your presence in my life shapes every decision I make. Whether it's during the school year, on exam days, or even when I'm sitting at home, my biggest worry is that you'll be thinking about me and caring for me.

Sometimes things don't go perfectly, but I know that you're there to help. I can only hope that your smile will brighten my day every time someone says, "I need help with this," or "I want to read a book."

You've earned your way into the school's hall of fame not just because you're great at teaching and caring for everyone else, but also because you've been there for me every step of the way.
